Referral Terms

These Referral Terms govern the referral programme of Stunora (the Programme). They are a contract between you and europio s. r. o. (we, us). Words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here.

Anyone with an Account can take part. You accept these Referral Terms by sharing your referral link.

You take part in your own name. You are not our employee, agent or representative, and you must not present yourself as one.

Your Account has a personal referral link. A person who creates an Account through your link becomes your Referred Customer.

The connection between you and a Referred Customer is made when their Account is created, and it does not change afterwards. A person who already has an Account cannot become your Referred Customer.

You cannot refer yourself. An Account that you create, control or pay for, alone or through someone else, does not earn you a commission.

You see how many Accounts were created through your link and what your Referred Customers paid. You do not see who they are.

For every payment that we receive from a Referred Customer for a plan, you earn a commission of 20% of the price paid. This applies to the first payment and to every later one, for as long as the Referred Customer keeps paying.

The commission is calculated from the price of the plan in euro. Where the Referred Customer paid in another currency, the euro price of the plan counts.

A commission arises only from money that we received. If a payment is returned in whole or in part, the commission is reduced in the same proportion. If the bank of the Referred Customer disputes a payment, the commission is held until the dispute is decided, and it lapses if the payment is lost.

If a payment is returned or lost after its commission was paid out, we deduct that commission from your next payouts.

A commission can be paid out 30 days after the payment it comes from.

We prepare payouts once a month, for the commissions that became payable before the start of that month, if together they come to at least €100.00. A smaller amount is carried forward.

We pay by bank transfer in euro to the account that you enter in your Account. Enter your true name, your address and an account held in your name. We cannot pay you before you have done so.

With each payout you receive a statement that lists the commissions it covers.

You are responsible for the taxes and contributions on what you receive, and for any invoice that your own law requires you to issue. If you take part as a business, say so in your Account and give your company and VAT details.

When you recommend Stunora, you must not:

1. make statements about Stunora that are untrue or misleading, or promise results;
2. send unsolicited messages;
3. pretend to be Stunora or to act on our behalf;
4. address people under 18; or
5. break the law or the rules of the platform you use.

Where the law or the platform requires advertising to be labelled, say clearly that you earn a commission.

We check commissions before we pay them. We may hold a commission while we check it. We cancel commissions that were obtained in breach of these Referral Terms, in particular of Section 2.3. A cancelled commission is shown as cancelled in your Account, and we explain why on request.

You can stop taking part at any time by no longer sharing your link.

We may end your participation with immediate effect if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Referral Terms or the Terms of Service. Commissions obtained in breach lapse. Your other commissions stay yours and are paid out as set out in Section 4.

If your Account is closed, no further commissions arise from that day.

We may change these Referral Terms for the future. We tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. A change does not affect commissions from payments that we received before it took effect. If we end the Programme, no new Referred Customers can be added from that day, and the customers you referred before keep earning you commissions under these Referral Terms.

To run the Programme we process the connection between your Account and your Referred Customers, your commissions and the payee details you give us. The Privacy Policy explains how.

The Terms of Service apply to everything that these Referral Terms do not regulate, including the governing law and the courts.
