Acceptable Use Policy

Effective from 3 October 2026

This Policy sets out what Stunora may and may not be used for. It is part of the Terms of Service, and words defined there have the same meaning here. It applies to everything you upload to, enter into or generate with the Service, and to what you do with the images you generate.

1. Fictional personas only

1.1

A Persona must be an invented character.

1.2

You must not upload, or use as a reference, a photograph or any other image of a real person, living or dead.

1.3

You must not create a Persona or an Output that imitates a real person or is meant to be recognised as one. This covers public figures and private individuals, look-alikes, and combinations of the features of real people. It applies whether or not the person concerned agrees.

1.4

You must not give a Persona the name or identity of a real person.

1.5

If an Output resembles a real person by coincidence, do not publish it, and tell us.

2. Adults only

2.1

Every Persona must clearly look like an adult.

2.2

You must not upload, request or generate any depiction of a person who is, or who appears to be, under 18. Saying that a character is an adult does not make a youthful-looking depiction acceptable.

2.3

You must not use childlike features, clothing, settings or themes to make a Persona look younger.

2.4

Content that sexualises minors is illegal. We close the Account and report the matter to the authorities.

3. No nudity or sexually explicit content

3.1

You must not upload, request or generate:

  1. nudity, meaning exposed genitals, an exposed anus, fully exposed buttocks or exposed female nipples;
  2. sexual acts or sexual contact, whether real or simulated; or
  3. any other pornographic or sexually explicit content.
3.2

The Service is not a tool for adult content. Trying to obtain such content through wording, image editing or any other workaround is a breach of this Policy.

4. Nothing unlawful or harmful

4.1

You must not use the Service to create content, or use Outputs in a way, that:

  1. is illegal where you create or publish it;
  2. incites hatred, discrimination or violence against a person or a group, for example on grounds of race, ethnic origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or age;
  3. depicts or glorifies serious violence, cruelty, self-harm or terrorism;
  4. harasses, threatens, defames or demeans an identifiable person;
  5. promotes illegal goods or services; or
  6. infringes copyright, trade marks or other rights of others, for example by reproducing protected characters, logos or artworks.

5. No deception

5.1

You must not use the Service or Outputs to:

  1. impersonate anyone, or create a false identity, in order to commit fraud, obtain money or personal data, or cause harm, including romance scams and similar schemes;
  2. produce identity documents, verification photos or anything else meant to pass an identity or age check;
  3. present invented events as real or spread disinformation, including about politics, elections, public health or public safety; or
  4. present a Persona as a real human being where the law or the rules of the platform require you to disclose that it is AI-generated.

6. AI marks and labelling

6.1

Do not remove, alter or hide the machine-readable marks that identify Outputs as AI-generated.

6.2

When you publish Outputs, label them as AI-generated whenever the law or the platform requires it. In the European Union, Article 50(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act) requires it for deep fakes published in the course of a business or professional activity. Realistic images of people can be deep fakes even when the person shown does not exist.

7. Your reference images

7.1

Upload only images that you created yourself or that you are entitled to use in this way. If you made them with another AI tool, make sure its terms allow this use.

7.2

Do not upload personal data of other people, confidential information or malicious files.

8. Fair use of the Service

8.1

You must not:

  1. bypass safety filters, usage limits or other protective measures, or test how far they can be pushed;
  2. access the Service with automated tools, unless we provide an interface for that purpose;
  3. share your Account or resell access to the Service; or
  4. interfere with the Service or with other users.

9. How we enforce this Policy

9.1

Section 12 of the Terms of Service explains how we review content, what measures we can take, how we give reasons for our decisions and how you can contest them.

9.2

For the most serious breaches we close the Account immediately. These include any content that sexualises minors, sexual or degrading content depicting a real person, and fraud.
